Job Description
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to work for a lovely company based in Northampton. The Management Accountant will be working on a hybrid basis.

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to work for a lovely company based in Northampton. The Management Accountant will be working on a hybrid basis.

Salary: £55-60k

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Management Accountant duties:
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and other financial reports such as budgets.
  • Presenting reports to senior management
  • Compiling strategies that will reduce business costs.
  • Obtaining finance for projects.
  • Advising on the financial implications of business decisions.
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed
  • Communicating with all levels within the organisation and being able to present financial information to non - finance members of staff

Skills and experience required:
  • Proven Management Accounting - Accountant experience
  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
