Job Title: Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: West Dulwich
Salary: FTE £41,372 - £51,715 per annum
Job Status: Term time only + 6 days to be worked during school holidays (0.79 FTE)

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to uphold, promote and communicate the school's '6Cs culture’ (care, challenge, collaboration, courage, creativity, curiosity) and wider academic excellence both internally and externally through the delivery of expert communications. The right candidate will own all of the school’s marketing activities, developing and delivering creative and impactful communications strategies across a range of online and offline channels to support the school to be at capacity with a pupil waiting list.
The ideal candidate will be excited about the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the school’s internal and external communications and set the strategic direction for our marketing activities.

Interviews: First stage interviews to take place in person on a rolling basis at Oakfield School with the Head Teacher, School Business Manager, and Marketing Consultant.
Second stage interviews to be conducted by Lead School Business Manager, Headteacher and Marketing Consultant involve a task presented to the Lead School Business Manager, Headteacher and Marketing Consultant.
