Marketing Executive - Financial Services

As a Marketing Executive you will support the Financial Services Group Marketing Manager and Financial Services Assistant Events Manager on the coordinating and executing campaigns and audience programmes to support the Financial Services Group marketing strategy and go-to-market strategy.

This role sits within our Financial Services Group (FSG) marketing team. FSG marketing is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the four services lines that make up FSG aligned with the overarching sector strategy. You’ll work closely with the FSG marketing team, senior stakeholders, business development colleagues, and marketing operations team on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for supporting the broad objectives of building our Reputation, Relationships and Revenue across the firm. This role will report to the Financial Services Group Marketing Manager.

A look intothe role

Asa Marketing Executivewithinour Financial Service Group you will:

  • Support the FSG Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing campaigns and audience programmes to support the Financial Services Group marketing strategy and Go to Market strategy
  • Provide support to the FSG Assistant Events Manager with planning, running, and reporting on the Financial Services in-person, hybrid, and virtual events programme
  • Work with the financial services marketing team to provide support on digital marketing activities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in ensuring that all marketing activity is well communicated across FSG and wider, and that feedback, performance and ROI are regularly captured to ensure we are constantly iterating and improving
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team (communications, KA and Heartlands BD, marketing operations) to ensure alignment of message and approach where appropriate

Joining us as a Marketing Executive,theminimumcriteriayou’ll needis proven experience in a similar role within a B2B marketing function, excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worryifyou don’t tick every box,we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • You will have experience of working in a corporate environment or professional services organisation
  • Proven experience in a similar role within B2B or professional services, working within a marketing function
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You will be comfortable working with Office 365, SharePoint, and content management platforms
  • Educated to a degree level or relevant marketplace equivalent
  • Experience of managing own time and completing multiple tasks/ assignments with potentially competing deadlines
  • Experience of working with digital marketing and have a digital first mindset
