We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a team in the Apparel & Fashion industry based in Leeds. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy across all channels. You'll have the opportunity to shape our client's brand, lead a talented team, and contribute to growth in a competitive market.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the business goals and drive growth.
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all marketing channels.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve cost-effective results.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
• Analyse marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to support overall business objectives.
• Ensure the website hits, social followers and lead generation targets are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a track record of successful campaigns and team leadership.

• B2B marketing experience, ideally within the fashion/apparel/textiles industry
• Experience using HubSpot
• Experience of working in partnership with external agency
• Strong understanding of ROI and financial acumen related to marketing activities

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing long-term plans aligned with business objectives.
• Experience at developing successful outbound marketing campaigns
• Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in analysing data, interpreting metrics, and using insights to improve strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Budget management experience, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

Hours: - 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri (can offer flexibility if needed)
