As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team. You will need to be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. A background in the construction industry or door industry would be an advantage. You will support the marketing team working on special projects including developing websites, e-shots, social media campaigns and strategy. Ability to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude working at pace with deadlines with excellent command of the English language.

Key duties and responsibilities...

• Manage the marketing budget
• Develop new business via communication such as email and social media to identify appropriate buyers within the target market
• Develop and Manage the Marketing Plan
• Liaising with external website designers and digital marketing specialists. Production of marketing, designing and sending out monthly e-newsletters and e-shots, social media posts
• Updating blog and news pages on Websites -Creating and posting case studies on the website.
• Organising videos for uploading to website and social media
• Identifying key opportunities internally and externally. Lead Profiling, database cleansing -finding new prospects.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
• Work with the Marketing and Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate.
• Produce quality presentation proposals for key prospects
• Manage external marketing
• Ensure all marketing is on brand and consistent
• Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

• A background in the construction industry or door industry would be an advantage.
• CIM qualification desirable
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly organised
• Creative, practical and able to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
