Here at Skipton Building Society we specialise in delivering first class financial services and this is no different with our Mortgage products and proposition.

We only mange to do this through recruiting, training and developing high calibre Mortgage Advisers. Due to increased mortgage traffic coupled with excellent existing customer retention rates resulting in record maturities we are looking to expand our current Mortgage Advice team.

ur Mortgage Advisers are there to provide professional advice and first class service to support the delivery of Skipton Direct’s lending advice propositions for new lending, additional borrowing and post contract variations.

As a Mortgage Adviser you’ll provide compliant advice and recommendations as well as maintaining a high standard of service in order to help achieve the required volumes of Mortgage sales and retention.

Your appointments will be undertaken in line with the defined guidelines resulting in fully compliant Mortgage interviews with evidence recorded accurately to confirm customer needs are met.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring customers are not left exposed with regards to their protection and insurance needs, ensuring they receive products and services that are specific to their circumstances.
