Job Description

Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership

Occupational Therapist
North East Hub/South West Hub

Salary: £31484 - £37589
Hours: 36 per week

We are looking for 2 Permanent Occupational Therapists to join the teams based in the North and South Hubs in Edinburgh. we are also looking to recruit for a one year temporary post in one of the 4 locality hubs in the city.

The post holders will be responsible for the overall assessment and care management of service users’ needs. 

The successful individuals will be qualified to a Diploma in Occupational Therapy or Degree in Occupational Therapy and will be registered with Health Professions Council.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range. For roles in grade 5 or above, annual increments in our contribution zones are dependent on achieving agreed performance goals.
