Onboarding Support Coordinator

Location: London E1
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Plus Company Benefits
Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00AM - 17:30PM

Your new role

We are recruiting for the role of a Onboarding/ Provisioning Coordinator in our Provisioning team. You will work closely with our customers, suppliers as well as other departments and be part of an excellent team who are customer focused and Excellent communicators.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provisioning of sales orders through to handover to the technical team
  • Placing of sales orders with suppliers
  • Communicating precise and accurate information to customers regarding sales orders
  • Maintaining the relationship with customers and suppliers by communicating precise and accurate information regarding sales orders
  • Informing customers of the details of their set-up and keep them continually updated on the progress and possible setbacks whilst maintaining professionalism and high standards of client care
  • Arranging access appointments and requests for third party engineers
  • Implementing fibre and copper circuits through direct customer contact and communication with suppliers
  • Updating internal databases as required
  • Any other fair and reasonable task or duty assigned to you by your Manager, or other senior Exponential-e Ltd staff member

What you’ll need to succeed

To help continue with our world-class status, we need someone who can deliver excellence. As a Provisioning Coordinator you must be experienced in and customer service and taking ownership of projects.

Knowledge and Experience required:

  • Candidates should be numerate, literate, have good IT skills along with an organised and methodical approach to work
  • Well organised and self-motivated team player
  • Experience working for an ISP or telecommunications provider
  • Any previous project co-ordination experience will be highly desirable
