Your Responsibilities

The post holder will be a constant role model for the Sykes values, and ensure they become a way of working for the whole team giving every customer (internal and external) a 'World Class Customer Experience’. Their role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practice throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork. They will ensure that all decisions are based on the achievement of the Company Strategic Pillars.

As our newest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the following areas of accountability:

  • Team Management, performance and development of Owner Relations, Managed Services and supporting the Brand Property Recruitment Team
  • Ensuring maximum owner retention of existing owners and seamless handover of new owners from the Property Recruitment Team, through effective owner management
  • Maintaining and increasing the efficiency and productivity of the Brand
  • Ensuring maximum revenue opportunities of all properties within the portfolio and working closely with owners to improve opt ins.
  • Owner and customer communication to be consistent with company values
  • Collaboration across the Sykes family and other Regional Brands to improve efficiency and sharing best practice
  • Ensuring Brand remains within budget
  • Ensuring Brand meets all designated OKR’s
  • To positively represent the Brand and increase local awareness
  • Ensure efficient Management of all aspects of the general running of the Office
  • Ensuring (office) property leases are managed and landlord relationships are maintained in line with the brand property strategy.
  • Maintaining compliance to H&S both in the offices, and in our property portfolio.
