Description:

We are currently supporting an established Family run business based in Bristol who have had a phenomenal year of growth who now require an experienced, Operations Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to bring best practice and support the business achieve their continued growth aspirations. You shall be overseeing the warehouse department and Customer Service team ensuring only the best customer experience will do.

This role would ideally suit someone who has had experience within a growing business, who wants to make a difference to a business that puts their customers at the forefront of what they do.

Requirnments:

Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the Purchasing and Distribution functions achieve their objective to ensure that the right goods at the right standard are with our customers at the right time.
Maintain an effective working relationship with all other directors to ensure that there is co-operation within the Operations department to support the company’s objectives.
Act as the company’s go-to person on all issues relating operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure that the Company maintains its competitive position.
Produce Operations Budget and monitor Budget vs actual on a monthly basis.
Oversee and develop the whole customer experience including the customer service team.
Ensure the smooth running of stock storage (onsite and offsite), deliveries and despatch.
Oversee Quality Control checks on incoming goods
Management - As being part of the Management Team, helping inspire the staff and demonstrating the culture of this company
Administration/Personnel - Oversee Health & Safety checks and work with Citation to fulfil all health and safety obligations
Operations - Oversee 3PL arrangement.
Operations - set up new accounts and delivery addresses for UK Hospitals on system
Produce Management reports
Set and monitor KPI's

Monday - Friday (07:30 - 17:00)
