To support us in this work, we are looking for a full time People Partner to be based at the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford, who will cover all aspects of generalist HR activity at this site. In this role, you will play a key role in our ambitions to enhance our employee experience and to make SMG an exceptional place to work. You will act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, lead on change programmes, challenge and influence people management practices and drive change. As part of your role, you will also coach managers to improve their people management approach and develop strategies to reduce attrition and turnover.
With strong HR generalist experience, you will have a proactive approach with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and build collaborative relationships. You will also be able to identify gaps, develop pragmatic solutions and influence new ways of working. You will have a data-driven, customer-focussed, and credible approach, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people. You will also have experience of delivering change programmes and restructures and will have a commercial mindset.
