We are looking for an analytical and organised person to join us as a Planning Analyst based in South Wonston, who is good with excel.

In your role as Planning Analyst, you will be joining a fast-paced production administration environment. Imagine working in a company where you can create solutions, share ideas, learn from others, work hard, make decisions, and have fun along the way!

We are a small, close-knit team that support each other like a family. As Planning Analyst, you will be managing the planning and admin side of the main production operations, including creating works orders and taking ownership of stock allocations.

The Planning Analyst will be managing the production schedule and setting production priorities to make sure that all sales orders and made-to-stock orders can be delivered on time. This includes raising works orders and setting the dates in our production schedule.

It will ultimately be your responsibility to ensure maximum production throughput and that we exceed customer expectations.

You will report to the Production Manager, and also consult with the Production Manager regarding any changes. You will also be maintaining regular communication with our purchasing team to make sure that there are enough components for future requirements.

This role would suit candidates with experience or an enthusiasm to develop skills as a Production Planner, Production Scheduler, Demand Planner, Supply Chain Planner, Materials Planner, Operations Planner, or similar. • We're looking for someone who is a reliable, positive team-player who can work well as part of a team, and we can develop for the future at our factory near Winchester.
• It's essential that you are an analytical person, you thoroughly enjoy analysing data, and running reports in Excel.
• The ideal candidate will obviously need good Excel skills and be comfortable with decision-making.

If you already have experience in managing and planning, this will certainly help, but we can provide any training for the job role.
