Base Location: Glasgow

Salary: £38,600 - £58,000 depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

As PMO Manager, be accountable for leading the effective Workforce Planning for Seagreen 1A, including the maintenance of Project resource supply and demand in the Strategic Workforce Planning model to support Project delivery, headcount, budgeting and the recruitment process. manage the Planning Team and the Programme schedule, ensuring clear, timely and accurate information is provided to Project Management, the Joint Venture board and lenders allowing objective, evidence based decision making to be made.

Some of your other main accountabilities will include;

-Lead Risk Management on Seagreen to ensure all Risks are identified and are being effectively managed.

-Manage all aspects of Document Control on the Project and lead the Document Control team.

-Produce and consolidate Executive Management Reporting, including metrics and KPIs for Project Management and key stakeholders

-Lead, manage and develop the PMO team to ensure that a strong and capable team are in place, are engaged and motivated to deliver.

What do I need?

We are looking for someone with significant experience and subject matter expertise in PMO / Project Controls including Primavera P6/Project Planning, Risk Management, Workforce planning, Document Control, Governance/Project Dashboards, Change Control and Programme Baseline Management

You should be qualified to degree level in a relevant discipline such as engineering, business management etc, and ideally hold a professional qualification in Project Management such as PMQ.

Outstanding people and stakeholder management skills will be essential, as is the ability to affectively negotiate and influence across all levels of the business to Senior Stakeholder Level.

You'll have a natural ability to bring people on board, manage change and show them what good looks like. You'll also be results orientated with an excellent eye for detail and drive to succeed. As an innovator and ambassador for success, you wont be afraid to do things differently in order to improve efficiencies and performance.
