Do you have experience of supporting Project Managers, to deliver accurate data whilst monitoring & coordinating multiple projects? If so we are keen to hear from you.

As PMO Support Officer you will be a key member of the project teams, you will act as a Project Management Officer (PMO) actively supporting and contributing to project planning, monitoring and execution of projects. You will work at the interface between multiple disciplines, and will help the teams to effectively and efficiently deliver on the project objectives agreed with the relevant governance bodies. You will work in close collaboration with the Project Management Team, to coordinate data and reporting, ensuring standards and best practices are maintained.

To be successful you'll need:

  • At least 3 years of project support experience, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • To be able to support the Project Manager and Project Team in the co-ordination, planning and control of the project.
  • To apply common project management processes, methods, techniques and tools.
  • To ensure the agreed project management methods and standards are implemented throughout the project.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, MS Project.
  • Time management skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Competency in MS Visio, would be an advantage
  • Certification in Project Management, would be an advantage

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements are considered
