Ordnance Survey are currently looking for a Product Manager (Data Hub) to join our team. We embrace a hybrid working model at OS and understand there is no one size fits all in relation to how we work. We have a fantastic HQ in Southampton, Hampshire where you will be required to spend one day a week, with the remaining time being a personal choice as to whether you work from home, one of our regional offices or spend more time at OSHQ. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £42,483 - £49,980 per annum.

As our Product Manager, you will support our OS Commercial and National Mapping Services business units which is a pivotal role to shape and deliver the OS product roadmap to support our ambition as a critical digital business providing customers and partners with relevant, world class services, products, data and experiences. The Products team is at the heart of our business, helping us realise our ambition and purpose as a world leading geospatial data organisation.
You will define and deliver data products, services and platforms to fulfil user-centric propositions, balancing market demand, technical feasibility and affordability with a focus on great user experience. To achieve this, you will employ user-centred design, continuous customer engagement and market analysis.
You will act as an authority on customer priorities throughout the delivery process, setting a vision for the product and driving relevant feedback to inform continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for in our Product Manager:
You will likely be a self-starting professional with an interest in technology and data. You may have a background in digital platforms, data, software and services whether for start-ups, large organisations or within the public sector and are looking to take on a new challenge. Experience in or strong understanding of digital platforms or data science is also desirable but not essential.
