What are key highlights of this role?
You will work closely with the Redken and Pureology UK and international marketing teams as well as the brand development teams on key marketing projects. In addition to this you will work closely with the commercial, finance and supply chain teams as well as our clients.
• You will assist the Brand Business Manager in determining the marketing strategy and the annual marketing plan for your category/area of responsibility. • You will lead the design and execution of promotional plans in all channels the brand/category is present in – with close collaboration with the commercial team. • As part of a brand team you will accurately track spend and meet your financial objectives. You will have considerable input in establishing brand budgets and financial goals. • You will be responsible for working closely with the supply team ensuring you maximise stock availability. • You will work closely with the communications teams to make sure all PR opportunities are maximised and challenge the team to maximise brand exposure through pro-actively creating features. • You will lead the development of the total Brand’s trade exposure, via Trade Press, Events and Digital.
What key skills are L’Oréal looking for?
• Must have 2 years minimum experience working on a professional color hair brand. • Experience in the beauty industry is necessary. • Must have a university degree or equivalent. • Experience of creating, strategizing and organising educational events and color marketing content. • Experience of creating innovative advocacy marketing strategies to drive sell out and generate new business leads. • Excellent communication (written and verbal skills) along with the ability to influence and build relationships across an organisation. • Highly organised with prioritisation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyse data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly. Excellent presentation skills. • Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work at pace and cope with ambiguity. • The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.
