Job Role: Production Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

The Role:
Our client, based in Welshpool are seeking an innovative production engineer to oversee manufacturing processes at their manufacturing site. This role is highly varied and is critical to ensuring the smooth production of their products on time and to the highest standards.
You will be involved in areas such as health and safety, training workers, identifying problems in the
production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks.
This role is for someone who enjoys a variety of work including theory. In return the company will discuss upskilling you for future progression, designing a bespoke personal development plan to get you to the next level.
The Candidate:
Knowledge of sheet metal and steel works as well as being proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Solidworks - Essential.
You will be an independent thinker and keen problem-solver able to diagnose problems, train staff, and provide effective recommendations.
You will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and second-to-none problem solving skills.
