As a valued member of the Projects team, you will play a key role for the successful delivery of key projects within Property & Facilities in consultation with various key stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery through ongoing development and meeting project aims, safety obligation and legislation.
The main objective is for you to drive forward the delivery of these projects by using your exceptional people skills and organisational expertise. This will include insuring projects are in line with time, cost, and quality objectives.
You will be required to deliver a full range of capital, environmentally sustainable and maintenance projects to specification, cost, and time within a safety conscious and multiple stakeholder environment. Projects will include new build, refurbishment, maintenance, environmental initiatives, and services infrastructure. Your involvement with these projects will not only have a positive impact on our students and staff, but also help shape the future of the University and deliver our business strategy.
The variety of projects that you will be involved in should allow you to use all of your existing knowledge to your advantage and work with experienced professionals from all over the world, while also providing you with a unique opportunity to be involved in initiatives that are unique and strategically significant to our organisation, in turn enabling you to learn, develop and grow professionally.

Salary: £42,155 - £51,805 per annum (Grade 6)
