project manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our well established Product Team.

Responsible for the end to end delivery of on-time, quality projects across a portfolio of strategic and tactical projects demonstrating excellent teamwork and best practice.

Lead business analysis, project management and governance across a portfolio of projects

Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

Manage internal and external teams

Produce accurate project documentation, management of risks, issues and dependencies

Manage business change activity

Effectively manage own time

Role models values, philosophy and business goals and objectives

You will be expected to manage resources as required - ensuring the correct capability and skills are present in their team to deliver the project.
You will manage internal and external external suppliers output.

This role is accountable for creating the project specific programme and issuing / updating this programme as necessary and communicating the programme to the stakeholder team. Any issues which could potentially alter the agreed programme dates should be escalated.
You will take every opportunity to reduce programmes and sequence the programmes to keep the impact on our colleagues and our stores to a minimum.

The role is to manage the project team to deliver excellence in all projects. This means delivering consistently complete, snag free projects for handover to our operational teams on the agreed dates.

You will be expected to embrace challenges, deal with change positively, accept ambiguity and go the extra mile to deliver consistently, for our owners, customers and staff.
