Role Description
Capita are on an exciting multi-year transformation programme with a large-scale broadcasting partner, to enhance and build new functionality within their technical and operational estate. This large-scale programme requires an individual with proven credibility in delivering highly complex technical and business change across multiple suppliers and stakeholders to time, cost and quality. The individual must have a demonstrable ability of adopting multiple methodologies, in a highly governed environment, with the ability to pivot from directional assurance to hands on activity, to ensure the successful management and implementation of the programme.
Essential Criteria: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Support role
PSO fundamentals: Planning, risk management, business case, benefits etc
Self-motivated
Enjoy challenges, and frequent change in focus, comfortable working on high-profile projects
Attention to detail
Stakeholder management
Can take initiative and exercises judgment, drawing on previous experience
Work ethic and pro-activeness are key
Highly organized/ time management
Transparent and collaborative approach to decision making
Initiative and organization skills
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio
Can work with ambiguity
