About the role:
As the Project Support, you will be working with the Empower 24 Programme Team in this exciting period as we work in partnership with an external supplier to replace our existing housing, finance and asset systems.
The role will provide support services to the Programme Team and also liaise with our supplier. The focus of the role is to support activities to ensure that the overall coordination, control and management of the Empower 24 Programme is designed to deliver the strategic plan within time and budget.
This will include administrative support across the Programme, including assisting in the development and maintenance of project documentation and controls for planning, scheduling and tracking progress.

We are looking for someone who has good written and communication skills, and can demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills. If you have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst demonstrating effective prioritisation, co-ordination and also enjoy resolving challenges, we would love to hear from you! A big part of this role is supporting our programme administration - booking and coordinating workshops, and reviewing and updating documentation so we are looking for a candidate who is organised and approachable.
You might already be working in a similar role, or looking to move into Change/ Transformation.
