About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity for a Quality and Performance Manager to join our HSEQ team in Ashby de la Zouch. Reporting into the Head of HSEQ you will be responsible for day to day management of the Audit and Quality support team in the implementation of Quality Management systems, collaborative working and driving ownership of support function processes. You will ensure compliance with high quality standards, maintain ISO Certifications for all HSEQ disciplines and provide expert support in process and system validations. You will act as the link with the Head of HSEQ on New Business ensuring a seamless provision of service on projects, actions, metrics and value added services.
Managing the Audit and Quality Support Partners you will ensure technical capability, upskilling and coaching to ensure delivery to the business and embed a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. You will also drive the development and improvement of management systems liaising with the Global HSEQ community ensuring relevance and providing guidance on technical elements of legislation ensuring they are easily accessible via our internal applications and provide a suite of challenging metrics and data analysis designed to drive efficiency and ongoing improvements on performance.
Our ideal candidate will be operating in a similar role with a proven track record in Healthcare and process validation holding certificates in ISO 9001 / ISO 13845 Lead Auditor, BSI or equivalent qualification in process and computer systems validation and MHRA responsible person. You will have proven experience of developing and maintaining integrated management systems, project management and an understanding of logistics operational management. You will have comprehensive working knowledge of all HSEQ disciplines and ISO standards, knowledge of SharePoint systems and experienced in Excel with the ability to create detailed metrics, reports and databases.
It goes without saying that you will be a natural influencer with the ability to connect with all levels of the business, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a self-starter with the ability to motivate others, customer centric and team orientated.
