registered general nurse (rgn) band 5

We are looking for a caring, minimum 2 year’s experience Registered Nurses with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the clients that we support.
You will need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). 
You need effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly in the week and collaboratively to meet the needs of the client. It is essential to have evidence of professional competencies and have the ability to apply your knowledge and skills to clinical practice.
Your role includes
 1) drafting well-developed care plans,
 2) detailed risk assessments, 
3) understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA, 
4) Knowledge on Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines and 
5) deliver nursing care to our clients in their home and 
6) Quality monitoring visit and spot-checks on Tier 1 - 3 care delivery.

Many of our clients require 24 hours care and therefore we operate within a specific shift pattern which will include evenings and weekends.
