The Langford Centre is a 73 bedded Mental Health Hospital. It's specialist inpatient service supports men and women with:
o Mental health o Personality disorders o Autistic spectrum conditions o Challenging behaviors
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include:
o Assist in the development and delivery of care plans o Work as a primary nurse for a group of service users as required by the Ward Manager o Participate in clinical meetings as required and report areas of concern to the Manager o Support our service users with every day activities o Play a significant role in assisting and encouraging service users to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence
The successful Candidate for the Registered Nurse position will have:
o Current First Level Registration on the appropriate part of the register held by the N.M.C; o Flexible approach to working hours; o Good written and verbal communication skills.
