The Risk and Safety research group in the Department of Experimental Psychology works closely with colleagues in the NHS particularly with Oxford Healthcare Improvement based at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. This post will appeal to someone who wishes to build a career in healthcare in either research or clinical practice. The post will focus on the design and evaluation of programmes to improve the safety and quality of NHS care and the working lives of NHS staff.
The post is full-time, fixed term for 9 months.
Applicants will hold a MSc qualification in psychology or a related discipline or have a degree and equivalent experience in healthcare. As well as excellent statistical skills, you should be enthusiastic, well-motivated, and be able to work independently and part of a collaborative research team.
Closing date for applications is midday on Friday 27 November 202. It is anticipated that interview will be held on Monday 14 December 2020.
