We are working on our physical health strategy to develop parity of esteem between mental health and physical healthcare. We’re committed to improving the quality and experience of physical healthcare across the charity. The development of a new resuscitation service is pivotal to our success, and now we’re recruiting to this post, Resuscitation Lead 1.0 WTE permanent to help us deliver our vision!
The Role We are looking for a credible, passionate and enthusiastic registered nurse (adult) or paramedic or operating department practitioner with demonstrable knowledge and experience of working within an established resuscitation service. We welcome applications from registered professionals currently not working within mental health services who have transferable knowledge and skills to support our agenda.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a new resuscitation service across the footprint of the charity. You will be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work. You will be rewarded by working in a dynamic learning environment with like minded, motivated colleagues; full of ideas and willingness to embrace change.
The successful candidate will be based at Headquarters, Northampton but will need to work flexibly to meet the needs of the whole charity; this will include some cross site working. There’s no doubt that this is a demanding role working in a very fast paced environment, however for the right individual, this would be a very rewarding role and one which you could really make your own.
