About the role
NFU Mutual’s thriving Pricing Department are pleased to share an excellent, brand-new opportunity for an experienced professional to become part of the team in the role of Risk Pricing Analyst. Based at our Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon, this role comes with working from home flexibility, a varied workload and a range of career development opportunities.
As a Risk Pricing Analyst, you will act as a technical lead for the Pricing Function, using in-depth knowledge from a range of pricing disciplines to own, influence and deliver on department projects. Through utilising specialist statistical pricing techniques, software skills and industry experience, you will add to and enhance the team’s technical capability, whilst helping ensure the effective development and delivery of fair and accurate prices for our customers.

About you
A technically astute and diligent professional, you will have experience of working within a Pricing team in a technical capacity within the insurance industry. You will have a proven track record of conducting pricing analyses such as loss cost models or profitability assessments.
A dynamic and logical decision maker, you’ll ideally – although not necessarily – possess the following skills and attributes:
An excellent team player, you will have a collaborative approach and superb interpersonal skills. You will be able to convey technical information efficiently to audiences with varying levels of technical skills and to influence stakeholder decisions.
