We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team here at Tech Mahindra and work on one of our prestigious Financial Services partnership accounts in London.
You will be responsible for managing the client relationship and ensuring that Tech Mahindra deliver against the existing projects. In addition, you will manage stakeholder relationships across the account and identify new business sales opportunities.
Managing the deliverables means that you will ensure our teams are meeting the SLAs for our projects and that all escalation management and solution finding is brought together under one well managed and trusted stakeholder reporting line.
You will identify new sales opportunities within the account and look to provide solutions that will secure future business and grow the account / partnership further.
Ideally you will have a strong demonstrable background in senior sales and account management positions, and you will have knowledge / background of network support services.
It would be highly advantageous for you to have experience within the Financial Services sector, however we are looking for someone who has a very strong track record in sales account management and managing relationships, managing revenue, growing accounts, and managing escalations, as well as knowledge / background within network support.
If you have a mix of permanent and consultancy experience and can demonstrate a strong track record in managing the health of projects, escalation management, solution finding, stakeholder management, problem solving, identifying, and creating new business opportunities, then we would like to hear from you!
This position will require you to build strong stakeholder relationships and to get a thorough understanding of the opportunities within the account and therefore we would require you to work from our client site in London 1-2 days per week and the rest from home.
