Cubic Original is a UK based womenswear brand of ready-to-wear fashion sold online, at its London studio and distributed through over 300 stockists worldwide. The company is establishing itself as a competitor to high-street fashion brands, offering a well-made high quality and fashionable line of clothing.
The company are expanding their London team to meet the needs of the growing company. A skilled Sales and Business Development Manager is required as part of this expansion to secure the company’s position as a competitor within the fashion industry and to lead the company’s ongoing global growth.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Assist the director in developing appropriate sales and business development strategies in order to achieve YOY growth.
Identify development accounts and forge professional relationships at all senior decision-making levels and operational levels within the account.
To maximize sales opportunities within the accounts and to make customers aware of any changes in the product line.
To work closely with strategic partners and further strengthen our offering and securing our position as the industry leader.
To produce accurate weekly sales forecasts and monthly product forecasts for each of the accounts.
Our ideal candidate will have: Mandatory Strong verbal communication skills, highly literate and numerate to confidently act as an ambassador, articulating the quality product and enhancing the brand recognition in developing and presenting to business customers. Proven management experience, ideally at least 2 years’ experience. Excellent interpersonal skills, commercially astute to appreciate and understand the value, contribution and complexity of initiating, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships for future business generation. Understanding of the fashion market and branding. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred Written and spoken fluency in English and Mandarin;
Experience and working knowledge of business culture and relations in Asia.
