Duties and responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with both vendor and purchaser
  • Booking viewings, matching vendor and purchaser to ensure every opportunity is maximised
  • Generating market appraisals
  • Conducting viewings and pre and post-appointment feedback
  • Negotiating the sale, achieving the best price and deal for both parties
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst always having your own personal and team objectives in mind
