UR UNIFIED IT SOLUTIONS LIMITED looking for a highly motivated, business orientated, customer facing SAP- BW and HANA Consultant, who loves delivering to the highest standards, working with people and wants to be part of our growing company. The focus of the position will be to lead as a technical and functional expert in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions for SAP enhancements generated from the SAP Continuous Improvement area specifically related to BW and HANA..

Responsibilities: 
• Perform process impact analysis as well as related SAP functional/technical activities for continuous improvement enhancement requests. 
• Working with users to define user requirements, functional requirements and technical specifications. 
• Reviewing and analyzing solution enhancement requests to determine complexity. 
• Developing user and technical specifications to support development of approved solutions. 
• Authoring and execution of test scripts, required to maintain a validated system state. 
• Recommend strategies that are both compliant and efficient in accordance with company compliance guidelines. 
• Hands on responsibility in developing and demonstrating SAP capabilities by preparing and delivering demos, authoring training materials and delivering training
• Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization. 
• At least one end to end implantation either in MM or SD.
• Implementation or roll out in WM would be an added advantage.
• Should have client facing/end to end business process mapping/solution with best practices in warehousing.
• Business Objects reporting tools, SAP BW and / or HANA mentor who can share the
• Knowledge and lead BIM SAP BI sales, initiatives and project delivery module integration knowledge with standard interfaces such as PI, ALE etc.




Skills:

 ● Bachelor’s Degree IT or related subject.
● Sound knowledge on functions of SAP BW and HANA objects like Portfolios, Projects, Buckets, Initiatives, Items, Phases, Tasks, Checklist and checklist items. 
● SAP ECC experience including excellent functional knowledge and configuration skill. 
● Strong knowledge in Project Resource Planning. 
● Good experience on Portfolio and Project Administration in SAP BW and HANA including Template Management and BCV Queries 
● Clear understanding of Stage Gate methodology. 
● Good knowledge on Collection, Reviews, Questionnaire & Scoring Model • Good experience on Financial and Capacity planning functionality • Good knowledge on integrating SAP BW and HANA
● Understanding of the SAP integration with other modules like HR, CATS, EP & BW/BO. 
● Experience in BW and HANA. 
● Excellent writing and communication skills for technical document writing 
● Global Pharmaceutical industry SAP implementation experience preferred. 
● Familiar with software development lifecycle. Use of HP Quality Center a plus.
● Knowledge of BW-IP SEM , BPC, etc. is an advantage.
●Performance evaluation and investigation skills
●Educated to degree level or equivalent
●Prior experience of leading and delivering BI solutions through an offshore delivery model.
●Proven ability to deliver to tight timescales and ability to work well independently as well as in a team
●Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries
● Demonstrated leadership skills
●Excellent communication skills.
