Unibuddy's technology helps Higher Education institutions enable prospective students to chat directly with student ambassadors and staff, and to take part in online live events. We provide data tools and insights so that universities attract, engage and retain a diverse student population.
Since launching in 2017, we’ve grown rapidly and now work with over 300 Higher Education institutions in 28 countries worldwide. We’ve raised over $13M from top-tier investors that will fuel our expansion and help us achieve our ambitious goal of empowering 10 million students to make the right choice about their Higher Education journey.

Your mission at Unibuddy will be to develop and coach a high performing sales development team. Ensuring they have all the tools they need to excel and coaching them though the qualification of leads.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships (ROW), you’ll be someone with a sales background and previously demonstrated strong management skills, overseeing a high performing sales team. You’re ready to join a rapidly growing global company and be part of building a world class team from the ground up.
Your day to day tasks will be…
Leading a team of high-performing, career-driven Sales Development Representatives responsible for generating new business opportunities across multiple verticals and countries in EMEA and APAC Driving and supporting attainment of individual and team opportunity pipeline generation goals Liaise, collaborate and influence changes to lead qualification and lead flow processes to direct reports, peers and senior leadership Motivating and inspiring your team and creating a winning culture Identifying, coaching and retaining a world- class team of Sales Development Representatives on sales processes and effective prospecting techniques and methodology Developing a network and pipeline of future team members who speak multiple languages Passionate about mentoring and coaching individuals to reach and exceed goals Coach team members on targeting and qualifying prospective clients via their strategic territory plan Overseeing and ensuring team adherence to process, Salesforce and qualification activities that enable the team to operate effectively Producing regular reporting using Salesforce to be reviewed by senior leadership. Ability to successfully liaise and influence direct reports, peers and senior leadership Organise industry feedback sessions with Marketing to promote and organise initiative to boost pipeline creation across various markets and industries and to increase market penetration

You have a bachelors degree or higher. You have 4 + Years of experience in an SDR and SDR manager roles. You have experience of leading SDR teams for a Saas company. Proven team building skills including training, coaching, assessment of between 6 and 10 team members You have excellent written and verbal communication skills You have a proven history of meeting and exceeding personal and/or team sales targets You have advanced understanding of lead scoring theory and modeling You have a basic knowledge of Pardot and email automation You’re experienced working with in person and online events, anticipating lead flow, ensuring follow up and communicating results to internal stakeholders Advanced understanding of qualification frameworks as they apply to social media software. Experience working with variety of languages; ideally English, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and Danish Strong understanding of EMEA & North American social media market Strong understanding of social media use cases across various verticals Demonstrated proficiency coaching sales methodology Experience in an international SaaS Sales environment Ability to build Salesforce reports and dashboards in order to communicate team’s performance to internal stakeholders Experience generating business cases for headcount: forecasting lead flow, size of sales team, pipeline targets, budget Collaborate with team members cross-department, across time zones, to support the success of our global Enterprise Sales goals You have a deep understanding of social selling, networking and prospecting
