Senior Client Service Coordinator

Location: Chippenham SN15 1GG

Salary: £28,000 -£30,000 dependant on experience and certifications

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Vysiion, an Exponential-e Group company, is a growing organisation specialising in providing IT Managed Services and Consultancy to the UK Public Sector including local and central government agencies, blue light, healthcare and defence.

Your new role

We are recruiting for the role of a Senior Client Service Coordinator to join our Customer Services team supporting a key customers from our head office in Chippenham. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Coordinator seeking a new challenge with providing a full range of services including end of month customer billing, new order entry, management of the access lists to the data centres.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and coordinate project work with team members to keep workflow on track
  • Communicate with customers on status of project works/sales orders
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
  • Identify areas for customer service improvement
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide full range of customer service duties
  • Sales quoting
  • Sales order processing
  • Support renewals
  • Logistics
  • Invoicing
  • RMA processing
  • Training of junior staff

Knowledge and experience required:

  • Previous experience in customer service/project coordination and operational delivery
  • A’ level/Degree or equivalent
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial record keeping, reporting and
  • budgeting
  • Experience using financial accounting system
  • Competent in using Microsoft office applications such as word and excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
