This is a full time post that will initially be based remotely but with the possibility that this may become office based (Leeds/York area) longer term,

Your day-to-day...
- Interpret financial results and provide insight to key stakeholders
- Monitor and challenge weekly KPIs to help the business meet its objectives; track actions and see through to completion
- Review site level profitability with a particular focus on staff costs to support the CFM in challenging overspends
- Support and help manage the budget setting process
- Help develop and take ownership of key data sources and trackers
- Able to interpret and explain pricing breakdowns to both internal and external parties
- Collate and review data from internal systems; eSystems, KPI systems and HR/Payroll database
- Develop strong, professional relationships with all levels of the business to support managers in taking ownership of their financial performance
- Be comfortable deputising for the Commercial Finance Manager when required
- Ad hoc projects and analysis

You are...
- Strong MS Excel skills are essential
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist and working towards full qualification
- Prior experience of working in a Management Accounts or Finance Analyst role
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Proactive and ambitious, looking to grow and develop with the role
