Description
The Senior Compliance Manager - Governance and Strategy will be responsible for:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
· Compliance Planning (European Compliance Plans)
· Assist Head of Compliance with annual Compliance plan structure and substance
· Ownership of maintenance / progress tracking against the European Compliance Plans
· Ownership off key departmental management reporting including: Compliance and Operational Risk Committee (CORC), Board and Audit Committee Submissions, UK Executive Committee Submissions, Global Core Risk Committee and Regulatory Relations Submissions, weekly senior leadership reporting and KRI reporting.
Profile
The Senior Compliance Manager - Governance and Strategy should have the following skills:
· Broad institutional/corporate banking risk management experience
· Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic business environment
· Superior interpersonal and personal leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively and appropriately influence decision making in a multi-cultural environment
· Self-motivated; ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional and in-country teams
· Proven track record of implementing and maintaining programmes
· Strong communication and presentation skills, including knowledge and proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Offer
Salary of £90,000 -£105,000
