We're looking for a Senior Corporate Partnerships Development Executive to join our Corporate Partnerships team which sits within our High Value department based in London. The purpose of this role is to secure new national and international corporate partnerships to further the work of the British Red Cross. Working in the Business Development sub-team, the role will secure medium to high value partners, worth approximately £100k - £250k per annum aligned with the Corporate Partnerships strategy. The role will also actively support key members of the Business Development team on higher value opportunities and act as lead role with cross-organisational projects with wider departments.
As the British Red Cross launches its 2030 Strategy, which focuses on the power of partnerships, this position plays an exciting role in building mission-aligned, full-value partnerships to unlock financial and non-financial support to help people in crisis in the UK and around the world.
Meet the Team The High Value Giving department is a key part of the Fundraising & Supporter Engagement Directorate which maximises the income raised from companies, trusts and statutory funders and major donors. The Corporate Partnerships team has a successful track record in securing and building long term, mutually beneficial relationships with UK-based companies to develop and deliver integrated, high value, strategic partnerships.
Since Covid-19 the team has been extremely successful raising over £20million for the emergency response in the UK and internationally.
The team works with companies in true collaboration across a range of fundraising mechanics including strategic business partnerships, marketing or social responsibility alignment; multi-country partnerships; sponsorship; cause related marketing and employee fundraising.

Knowledge of fundraising sector, corporate organisations, funding opportunities, voluntary sector
Proven ability to verbally present information about projects and fundraising pitches to influence a range of audiences in an inspiring and confident way
Excellent written communication skills that result in the production of clear and persuasive proposals and reports
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, with company contacts and operate at a senior management level
Proven ability to form positive and productive relationships with internal stakeholders
Experience of delivering and winning pitches to corporate prospects
Demonstrable experience of consistently meeting fundraising targets
Experience of corporate fundraising, or equivalent commercial experience, with the proven ability to realise funds from donor/client relationships
Experience of managing and developing strong donor/client relationships
Experience of delivering presentations to clients
