Senior Cost Manager – Facilities Management **security clearance is required**

Home based working model (travel to site as and when required)

Base Salary to £55,000 + bonus and benefits

A global facilities management firm are searching for a new Senior Cost Manager to lead a valued part of their business. The firm has worked within a wide range of industries, from: Aerospace and Defence, all the way to Public & Private sectors. Across these industries, they have worked on some amazing projects for which they have won awards for.

They are looking for an experienced manager to run a small team of costs managers. Some of your main roles will include but not limited to:

-To manage supplier contractual agreements.

-To provide commercial cost management
