Reload Digital is a rapidly-growing digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager with a passion for exceptional client service and a minimum of 3 year experience in digital marketing to join our expanding team.
Within this role at Reload, you'll be working client-facing across a variety of accounts, as well as planning and implementing the right mix of digital marketing solutions in conjunction with our internal teams. As a result, this role requires you to be at the forefront of digital marketing, and previous experience putting together strategic digital campaigns.
What's involved in the job?
Account management of clients across many forms of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media and more
Client liaison at all levels, including emails, phone calls, project management systems and face to face meetings
Building relationships and communicating with clients to understand their business, products, services target market and objectives in order to assess which digital marketing activities will be right for them
Conceptualising the digital marketing campaigns that promote your client and providing campaign plans that meet the desired objectives for the business, product or service
Communicating and presenting digital campaign ideas to your clients
Managing and developing campaigns for Paid Advertising (Google, Bing and Facebook), SEO and Social Media that promote your client online
Managing your client’s budgets and channels in accordance with their requirements
Monitor and understand clients markets and their environments, you should have views on digital trends that impact them and be up to date with competitive activity
Review and analyse your campaigns across the key metrics for your clients (i.e. sales, revenue, brand awareness etc.) and optimise the campaigns as required
-Reporting on client metrics and provide detailed documentation on the results
- Analysing digital performance data and providing updates and insights to your clients regularly
Coordinating digital campaign projects and tasks including project managing timelines and deliverables
Leading internal channel specialist teams to provide digital services for clients
Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and developing campaign plans, budgets and proposal for your clients
Running effective and informative meetings to the needs of the client. This includes new business meetings, along with regular update meetings, presenting client's digital results, pitching new ideas to existing clients
A university degree within a Business, Marketing, Media or Psychology subject
A minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Display, Remarketing, Social Media and Programmatic Campaigns
A minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management or Client Service role in a marketing agency, ready for the step up to a senior role
Able to demonstrate a track record of building client accounts and working across new business
Able to demonstrate experience implementing digital marketing campaigns across as a variety of digital channels.
Able to demonstrate experience with key digital marketing tools include CMS systems (Shopify, Magento and Wordpress), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Moz, Search Console and Rank Tracker
Able to demonstrate the ability to plan projects and work across multiple deadlines
Able to demonstrate the ability analyse digital marketing data and deliver compressive, detailed and insightful reports to clients
Outgoing, enthusiastic, confident to deliver client service, particularly meetings, presentations and relationship building
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal format
Experience working in strategy consultancy and experience in performance focused Digital Marketing having managed significant budgets.
