We are looking for a senior infrastructure engineer to come and join our team. We have a team 30 engineers already and we’re growing. This is not a remote working position, we love working together as a team in a world class office.

Each day we manage all aspects of our 150+ customers IT infrastructure. This covers over 5000 end users.

Key aspects of the role

  • Providing day-to day operational and technical support to end users
  • Managing M365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, DNS & DHCP
  • IP Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN)
  • Handling hardware and software setup, configuration, testing, and support
  • Being an escalation point for some junior team memebers
  • Managing IT issues using an advanced ticketing system

Salary range between £50k to £65k depending on experience.
