Salary: £29,577 - £35,745

Here at West Sussex County Council, what we do changes lives. Are you resilient, adaptable and looking for a dynamic Senior Occupational Therapist position within a supportive service that innovates and grows?

We are looking for Occupational Therapists to be part of a strong and dynamic team. You will be required to undertake strengths-based assessment, utilising Occupational Therapy skill and knowledge to develop and implement a plan of support that promotes wellbeing and independence for the people of West Sussex.

As well as having the ability to manage a caseload, you will be expected to provide Occupational Therapy advice and knowledge to partner agencies and Social Care professionals.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to manage complex and sensitive situations.
