The Role

The Senior Operations Manager will be an ambassador for ITV Experiences and be responsible for implementing operational excellence both within the team and in relation to stakeholder engagement and relationships. Owning the Freelance budget and recruitment process, allocating projects to the team’s specialist Project Managers and Project Coordinators, and ensuring the portfolio is adequately resourced, this role will own the team’s operational processes and day-to-day functionality.

Working closely with the Head of Experiences and the entire team this role will identify and implement agile processes to ensure the team moves swiftly but consistently, and in a compliant way. The Senior Operations Manager will work with Procurement and BLA teams as well as external partners and suppliers to act as a point of contact for the team’s partner roster. The role will collaborate with ITV stakeholders, external partners and with the wider Experiences team to build relationships, deliver objectives and take our activity to the next level.

Suitable for an experienced Events or Production operations professional, or someone with an Account Management background, this is a role that is at the heart of an Experiences team and is tasked with creating more focus and flexibility for the colleagues delivering activations, experiences and events.

Minimum criteria

  • 5+ years’ experience in a production management or operations management role
  • Demonstrable experience in a creative organisation - a communications agency, an entertainment brand or a production company
