The main responsibilities of the role will be producing safety-critical software and related systems activities. This will include:
Specification, design, implementation, and verification of software for safety-critical systems. - Specification, design, verification, and validation of systems. - Working on the Real-Time operating systems. Experience in the entire life cycle of the System and Software development. - Supporting other engineers and managers. - Acting as the sole or primary interface to internal and external collaborators on project work or areas of specific expertise. - Performing business development activities including networking and writing bids.
Essential - Bachelor or Master`s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related subject. - Some working experience in the relevant engineering - Good interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to function as part of a team. - Certification on Systems Engineering. - Experience of 10+ years with embedded Systems and software for safety-critical systems either in Aerospace or Automotive.
Desirable - Strong programming capability in safety-critical embedded systems - Excellent working knowledge of C/C++ programming. - Experience in Model-based Software development using Simulink or state flow. - A strong understanding of software engineering techniques and design principles including lifecycle, version control, documentation. - Experience of Verification and validation activities. - Experience in the entire life cycle of product development. - Experience in estimation and contribute to new proposals. - Innovative mindset. - Experience in Lean principles - Experience in Agile life cycle software development. - Experience in the Requirement Management tool DOORS.
