We aim to provide our Software Test Engineers with the best equipment possible to do their job

including multiple monitors, customisable workstation, as well as the option for keyboards and a

mouse to suit their needs.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Test Manager to join our development team. Our software

development teams work in an agile Scrum environment creating innovative software using C#,

solving problems such as visualising large data sets.

As the Test Manager, you will have deep experience of software testing and have a wealth of experience with various

testing techniques across automation, performance testing, test architecture, test strategy and planning.

The main responsibilities of the Software Test Manager role will include but not limited to:

  • Providing leadership, coaching and support to the test teams
  • Supporting and enabling delivery of key delivery milestones through collaboration
  • Developing suitable test strategies and methodologies.
  • Developing suitable automated test processes and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and identifying potential problems
  • Assisting with the software release process.
  • Performing software testing including black box system and end user testing.
  • Helping manage the bug tracking and fixing process.
  • Evaluating new technologies to improve internal systems
These are just a few of the responsibilities of the role of the Software Test Engineer, we feel that to

handle these responsibilities we would be looking for a Software Test Managers with the following

abilities:

  • Possess a formal qualification within Software Testing
  • Have an understanding of software quality control processes
  • Basic programming / scripting experience
  • Be able to self-manage as well as be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
