The solutions architect engages on high profile projects to provide solutions architecture and designs for customer multi-channel contact centre solutions encompassing voice, web, chat, email, social media, etc. Delivering innovation and enhancing both the agent and customer experience is the core focus for our business communications transformations which include digital services, and integration with existing systems such as CRMs. This is a customer facing technical role and the solutions architect will provide full lifecycle services including pre-sales, design, and implementation of the solutions.
This role is fully remote, however occasional travel within the UK may be required.
