The Strategic Growth Manager will be in charge of identifying and pursuing opportunities to help our clients use our unique data and analysis to predict consumer credit risk. We are looking for an ambitious, execution-focused individual to work with our senior management team and key decision-makers at our clients to identify a strategy for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our products and services. This role will be an exciting, client-facing opportunity to make a big impact on how the UK lending industry works at one of London’s most exciting startups.
Main duties and responsibilities: Identify strategic opportunities within the existing client base (lenders, banks, and price comparison websites) by structuring problems, developing hypotheses, conducting analyses, and translating insights into products and services Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders to develop a strong technical understanding of how lenders assess credit risk, and how Credit Kudos fits into these decisions Understand key industry and customer trends and provide insights to the organization Identify patterns and synthesize disparate data to explain problems and propose recommendations Work directly with the CEO and COO to provide strategic, data-backed product and business recommendations to inform company-level decisions Work cross-functionally across Credit Kudos departments to escalate customer needs, communicate customer challenges, and provide key feedback to ensure we are continuously focusing on growth and efficiency Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that your ideas and suggestions are translated into software products clients love There may be some national travel to clients required in the future depending on the progression of Covid-19 (typically day trips, 3-5 days per month)
Required skills, qualifications and experience: 2-5 years experience with a top strategy consultancy (Bain, BCG or McKinsey), with a demonstrated track record of promotion OR 2-5 years experience in strategic business analysis and client-facing stakeholder management from a top tier company in lending, investment banking, technology, or private equity with a demonstrated track record of success / promotion Extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills and a track record of building rapport, engaging and influencing executive leadership, client champions and end users Analytical and problem-solving skills and an uncompromising attention to detail Desire to thrive under pressure in an unstructured, fast-paced environment Minimum 2.1 bachelor's degree from a top (Russell Group or international equivalent) university
