To support our Planned Programme, we’re now seeking a Surveyor to manage large contracts to deliver high quality, investments and improvements across GCH’s stock. You’ll ensure that our assets are improved in accordance with agreed standards and meet all regulatory requirements, including Home England’s Decent Homes Standard.
You’ll oversee the successful delivery of large scale, multi-year projects and contracts, leading on budgetary control, contract coordination, management and administration to ensure services are delivered to customer satisfaction, agreed standards, required levels of performance and achieve Value for Money.
