If so, you might be the perfect candidate for our Sustainability Officer role!
The role is on a permanent full-time basis working 37 hours per week. The role will be a mix of home and office working but will predominantly be providing housing support to customers in their home. There will be a requirement to attend meetings at our head office in Birkenhead and potentially other locations as deemed necessary to fulfil your role and complete training.
The overall purpose of the role is to enable Magenta Living tenants with additional housing needs to sustain their tenancies for as long as possible and to prevent risk of tenancy failure.
Sustainability Officer Requirements:
Knowledge of the housing needs of vulnerable people and of the statutory and voluntary services available to support this client group would be desirable.
We are looking for someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service and delivery. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and external agencies is critical to the role. Excellent organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines will also be needed. Ideally the individual will have an intermediate to high knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including word, outlook and excel.
The successful candidate will need to drive, hold a full UK driving license and have access to a car for work. The role is subject to enhanced DBS check.
