As Marketing Manager, you’ll have free reign to make Inside Marketing’s brand and marketing strategy your own but that means you’ll need experience running an entire department and strategy on your own.


You will work with Sales & Ops teams and partners to plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including events, email, direct marketing, social media and additional digital channels designed to meet Inside’s business goals.


Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, to enhance partner relationships leading to measurable business results, increased brand awareness with Inside’s partners and customers, and industry recognition for a world-class partner program.


Who are you?

  • You should have a proven experience with Inside Sales / ISR / BDR / SDR marketing
  • A keen interest in Tech Marketing & the Technology sector.
  • Be an avid content creator - our brand message on social is a mix of fun and thought leadership. We want you to take us to the next level as we look to expand into the US & beyond!
  • Be a daring Email Marketer! - end to end content creation, audience targeting and segmentation, with follow ups & drip campaign.
  • Have experience running webinars & virtual events - whilst COVID may have changed the event landscape, there’s plenty of opportunity to get in front of decision makers in fun and exciting ways to promote the brand.
  • Know our position in the market place, and boost it. We’re an outsourced SDR agency, so brand positioning is super important. Go wild with this! Think videos, pictures, LinkedIn takeovers industry badges, content pieces, joint ventures and more!
  • Knowledge of managing Wordpress websites and creating landing pages.
  • The ability to develop our brand identity. We’re looking for someone to create & own the blog aspect, which will feed into the other activity.
  • Self-starter - You’ll have free reign to make Inside Marketing’s brand and marketing strategy your own but that means you’ll need experience running an entire department and strategy on your own.
  • Create and adapt engaging content with our existing community and prospect community - including copywriting for emails, landing page and marketing collateral
  • Marketing Tools - Experience managing and executing campaigns using tools like Salesforce and other marketing automation solutions
  • Analyse and reporting - Ensuring you track campaign success to ensure investments result in tangible ROI
