Placed within our Group Technology Compliance Operations function, our Technology Compliance Analysts are responsible for carrying out in-depth system compliance reviews, collating results including identifying gaps in compliance requirements where mitigation and remediation may be required.

Additionally, you will be involved in managing requests regarding IT compliance and data governance ensuring the required level of detail is met. You will therefore be a key player in ensuring that Computacenter becomes a trusted partner for our internal and external customers.

You will be working as part on an international team that is collaborative and supportive whilst managing relationships with internal stakeholders from around the business. Group Technology Compliance is continually improving and evolving taking on new topics and challenges. You will have a chance to contribute and develop your skills and knowledge as part of the journey.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct IT compliance reviews.
• Monitor and report on IT compliance, ensuring remediation and mitigation actions are taken when necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement IT compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Support IT compliance requests and conduct investigations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive governance framework and associated training programs.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure IT compliance.

What you’ll bring

• Strong interest and existing experience within a similar GRC role.
• Understanding of regulations (GDPR / DPA) and compliance standards (ISO 27001).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Effective communication and relationship building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organised, with commitment to accuracy.
• Desirable knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate in a multi-national team.
• Travel when required.
• German or French language skills are desirable.
