Our office at Manchester Airport was established in 2013 and has grown from strength to strength. With continuing growth, UCH feel now is the right time to expand our team and look for our next star to join the team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the TRANSPORT PLANNER will play a key role in the day to day manifesting of driver routes, act as the first escalation point for operational queries and assist the Branch Manager with adhoc duties.

Key training will be provided as standard, but the ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and knowledge:

• Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
• Previous experience of Transport Planning
• Knowledge of vehicle pay loads and sizes
• Previous Airfreight experience
• KPI management including corrective action
• Excellent communication skills

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 9am - 7pm
• 1 in 4 Sundays (2 hours max from 2pm

Rate of Pay:

• Up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience
